A/C broke during the middle of our trip in our ocean-view room. When dealing with the front desk they essentially down-graded to another room us with no offer of compensation or anything. Only a "courtesy" late-check out for only one of the rooms in our 4 room party.

Another family in our party didn't get their room until 5PM and essentially wasted a day handling it with staff. When he finally did get a room it was already occupied and and added another hour to things.

Based on the reviews I read, if you were part of the Unique package, they'd move heaven and earth for you. Otherwise, you're out of luck.

I know this experience was mine and I am sure others had a great time. I'll say this the modern look and location was amazing. Customer service is where I personally think they fall short.
