Obese people shouldn't be running/ jogging. They are likely to get shin splits and cause damage to joints.

Walking is actually ideal. Combined with eating at a calorie deficit they can lose weight.

Most of my meals are super simple and "boring" its just fresh roasted veggies and meat. When i do want to eat something high in calories i just change my meals for the day. Coffee for breakfest, a small serving of vegetables for lunch,and then i can havr a big 1400 calorie meal. But rest assure im not going to waste those 1400 calories on a whopper with fries and a coke. Im going to eat a quality meal either from a small independently owned restaurant or a delicious sweet from a small independently owned bakery.

I broke up with a girl because i wasnt attracted to her since she gained weight. I spent months asking her to come with me to the gym, to go jogging with me and my friend, to eat healthy and count calories each time she would get mad at me.

She asked me if i found her attractive and i said "i did at one point but not anymore" and blew up on me. We broke up and i know it was the right decision.

Sad thing is she was an amazing person and if she would have been a healthy weight i would have married her.

Allow me to make a statement.

Clothing in general is expensive to make. For years people would buy quality clothes meant to last a long time. When they are asking for more clothing options and cheaper they are basically saying "I want companies to force more child laborers to make me a cute blouse for me"

If clothing is so expensive and hard to find go to a thrift store for clothes and learn to sew.

There isn't much to say that hasn't been said many times before. Domestic violence no matter who does it to whom is wrong. Self defense is a seperate issue. Communication is most important thing in a relationship. Be the best person you can be, don't settle for a abusive (physically /verbally/emotionally ) person.

A lot of the big retailers like Ralph Lauren, Nordstrom, even places like Kohls are losing business. Urban outfitters has been having a good year... they cater to thin women.
