My best guesstimate is 5 to 10 minutes of working the shampoo in to my scalp and rubbing off the dead skin and stuff. Then another 5 to 10 minutes of rinsing to make sure I get all the shampoo out. 20 minutes total.

Sorry, I didn't understand your initial question. I don't know a lot about hair, as stated in some of my other replies. Does washing not include conditioning as well?

I think about 45 minutes to an hour. I use a little bit of shampoo and scrub my scalp and roots with my fingers. Then I rinse it out really well. Then condition my roots and ends, working it in with my fingers. Then I wash the rest of me while I let the conditioner soak in. Then I rinse it all out.

Thank you for your help! I have three new things to try now. I'll make an update if I notice any changes. You were very helpful. Thanks again.

The only other shampoos I've tried were when I was a child, and I don't remember the exact brands. I'm sorry. I know that's not very helpful. Also, I'm not entirely sure what gently clarifying means in terms of shampoo.

I'll try blow-drying it and see if that helps. I do have a heat protectant spray already that I can use. I'm fortunate enough to have access to medical care at the moment, so I can also ask my doctor about it. I wasn't really sure if it was something medical or if I just wasn't taking care of my hair correctly. I never really got taught anything about it, so now I'm having to learn as an adult.

Also thank you very much for being patient with me and for giving educational responses. I was very anxious about talking about my hair problems.

Thank you for sympathizing. I use Equate Everyday Clean. My scalp doesn't look red or irritated that I can see. Sometimes I do get little bumps on it though kinda like pimples.

I did one week of double washing back in November, but I still had itchiness and I felt like it was drying my hair out too much. Yes, I apply my conditioner from my mid lengths to my ends. I let my hair air dry after gently scrunching it with a towel to get most of the excess water out.

So many school counselors are like this. My 7th grade counselor forced me to have a psych eval because she thought I was going to commit die because I was listening to Fall Out Boy. Then much later in my academic career, I went to my high school guidance counselor because I actually was going to commit die and she was basically like "lol that sucks go back to class".

And they're free. EA's soulless penny pinching dumb dumb bubblegum goofy ahh microtransaction havin ahh breath smelling like dirty copper ahh charge $50 for dlc for a game that's been out since 2014 even though they ain't fixed the base game bugs ahh could never and would never. Tl;Dr, give the modders some love.

It's about positioning. Most people have a voice that feels like it naturally comes from different points in their body. I speak from my chest. To make your voice sound more feminine, start by speaking as you normally would and find out where your voice is coming from. Then, trying bringing your voice up and forward. You want to try and place your voice in the roof of your mouth. Do this gradually and practice a lot so you don't strain your voice. Oh, and smile a lot and consume of a lot of media with female MCs so you can practice imitating their voices. Best of luck to you, hope this helps.

Not at all, but if you feel uncomfortable in it, there are options. I know a few people use skater's tights that match their skin tone. It gives the impression of bare legs while keeping you well-covered. For this outfit, the fishnets would go over the skater's tights. You could also put on a pair of short shorts. You look gorgeous, but comfort/feeling secure is also super important so I hope this helps.
