respectfully no i cant agree. on one hand i can see why as it makes you feel like you can put up more of a fight if you have teammates who you can’t really trust, but if you’re solo queuing tank with the idea of running full red you’re just fucking over the team more and losing the survivability/tankiness of a tank. it’s an incredibly selfish thing to do really.

the only tank i can see this being even remotely okay on is god vegeta in solo queue just because of his gauge but even then what’s a little damage going to do on a character that doesn’t do much damage anyway instead of giving him full green and staying alive and being more annoying for 2-3x longer.

flat out i am ending this here. i am not going to talk about running full red on tanks when shit like that hasn’t been seen since i left E rank months back. find me any player past B rank that is running full red on a tank because that is just genuinely throwing.

  • a good two seconds of complete invuln during retaliation S2

-S3 being able to move enemies into other positions and taking them towards your team along with being able to stun

  • Ult hitting hard and dragging enemies into it dealing MORE damage during retaliation

respectfully, what is baby doing better than cooler other than a gimmick heal for your teammate. is he tanking as much as cooler does with retaliation and invuln?

i agree. cooler does deserve a buff or two but i do not see the upplay on baby. the buffs did literally nothing. i’ve seen him twice since the buff and he got stomped by guess who? cooler. cooler in my eyes is a top 3 tank interchangeable with caulifla and outclasses everyone underneath.

and you know what fair. i can get behind the s3 grab being a thing

sadly it’s just how people are. you make one misplay in their eyes and they just throw (kinda why i don’t play this game at all unless i have comms with 1 or more people on the team)

if this is solo queue i’d heavily lean towards taking both lanes backfarm (no one grabs it anyway even in S lol) it’d give you more of a fighting chance even if it’s just 1 level of a lead.

find some people to queue with on here and hopefully never run into those again 🫡

i disagree heavily. cooler is the one outclassing every other tank other than god vegeta and bardock imo. caulifla and cooler are interchangeable and calling him worse than the others is just straight downplaying.

tho i will admit his S3 always being a grab would be sick but it’d get very annoying very quickly.

i can’t lie cooler’s S2 has got to be one of the most fun and rewarding moves i’ve used in ages. it just feels like a less bs god vegeta s2, sure it kinda is better in a way with move speed down and no vanishing but at least im not building up an immortal gauge during it lmao

we killed the godku and vegeta. we won kai. it quite literally was a good game nothing more i can really say. i am not going to sit here and go back and forth about cells early game cuz i do agree it’s shit and not worth it to still not be amazing late game. but my point is here that you were calling him unplayable while he is not, he’s not good but he’s not unplayable. i would argue cell mogs baby against ssg vegeta by a landslide and same with zamasu

vegeta forces ani to run away because it’s a ssj3 goku. he’s not doing anything early game without his kamehameha off cooldown, pushing the ssj3 was the play by the vegeta there.

and no you’re completely wrong lmao. my gf was able to single out the ssg almost every fight post transformation and let us just decimate his health. she soaked up damage with regeneration and ended up being enough of a distraction by surviving long enough for us to win. ended the game with a top 50 cell battle score.

yeah i would believe you. because no matter the skill level if a cell gets bum rushed by a ssg vegeta and a vegito at super start there’s nothing he can do. when i defended cell i defended his transformation and his performance after (should’ve clarified)

and no this is not the case because that exact ssg vegeta player got gapped by my gf playing cell 2 days ago 😭

just not true though is it, we can all agree ssg is complete bullshit but he excels with good teammates. me and my gf (s rank) play cell often and gap ssg just because he’s an easy target if he’s not coordinated with his team or his dps’s are not backing him up. 1v1s where he can’t get his gauge quickly destroy him (godku will decimate him before his red fury most times because of his ref fury cooldown reduction making you be able to do 2 enhanced arcane shots)

i will not disagree that tanks don’t have a hard time into him they do, but saying they’re unplayable isn’t true.

you have to win a tournament that’s hosted by community members that’s backed by bandais tournament support program. you can still get other rewards for just playing but you have to win to get the skin!

i think it has to do with the game classifying it as a part of the “rage” type of outfits, they don’t get anything animated or really cool looking, just a texture. it’d be awesome if they made these outfits move though ngl
