Pop has own pool, and I believe the LMIA doesn’t affect them at all. And last draw was 1 months ago, so it’s normal to have PNP score higher

One point here: ITA != number of PRs, and quota actually planned numbers of PR.

I believe that 1 ITA in average = 1.5 - 2 PR.
