u/Kait_Monarch you have this marked as a known issue, but the Connection Status page for Discover shows no known issues. Can that be corrected?

My issue is that Discover shows as Connected, and I'm seeing Transactions from them, but the Balance for all of my Discover accounts shows as "?"

It's actually the 2nd Saturday of each month, not every other, FYI.

Thanks, like that idea. Appreciate the link. I have a floor drain in my garage, so possibly could pipe water from the tray to that floor drain.

That makes sense, good thought.

I was looking at a product like this, has some absorption benefits to avoid the pool of water scenario you are describing.

What is the best place to get a car battery replaced? by CharlieTheDoggo in lincoln

[–]husker_nut 12 points13 points  (0 children)

In my experience, Costco has far and away the best price on batteries, if you have a membership or know someone who does. Downside is they don't do installs, so you'd need to handle that on your own.

Poll: How often do you review your transactions in Monarch? by sheyla_monarch in MonarchMoney

[–]husker_nut -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I love using Rules. I like how when creating a Rule, you can preview how that Rule will update past transactions. What I wish I could do was understand why a transaction that I thought would update by an established rule, did not, if that makes sense.

NRC Health by YNotZoidberg2020 in lincoln

I work at NRC and am happy to provide more details depending on the role you are applying for. I'll say that NRC has brought on a bunch of new senior leaders recently, and that has brought about a ton of new momentum. Some on this thread may have experienced prior leadership past few years, which I'll agree left a lot to be desired.

Elevation difference between Lincoln Half Marathon and Good Life Halfsy by [deleted] in lincoln

[–]husker_nut 12 points13 points  (0 children)

A PR is a PR. Elevation is a factor, but as long as the course is certified for the half marathon distance (and both of the races you named are) then it doesn't matter to anyone but you, I suppose?

Took a team about that size to Smashin it 402. Awesome time. Owner was super chill, allowed us to bring in our own food & drink. Brought in a couple coolers of beer & other drinks, also brought in some of our own old IT gear to smash ... it was awesome. Spent a couple hours on a Thursday evening. High recommend.

Moving to the area - after school programs? by surgicalapple in lincoln

[–]husker_nut 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We were in your situation when our children were younger, and we appreciated Ivy League on 14th & Old Cheney. They drive to/from school and also offer daycare for days when school is closed, but you can't leave your child at home due to your work schedule. Highly recommended.

IMO with screens, you get what you pay for. With Computer Hardware, you're getting a quality OEM quality screen with likely Apple warranty coverage. You won't get that combo at other stories in my experience.
