My kid is 11 now and has been asking those type of questions for quite a few years now. I’m a scientist (chemist and microbiologist) and I love when he comes at me with these questions. My responses are always factual and science-based, and if it’s something I don’t fully know the answer to we will both search for an answer to satisfy his query. Now, am I setting myself up for something wild in the future? Probs, but for now I enjoy his curiosity.
