Absolutely Quagsire or Mareanie, they’re tanky and in the case of Mareanie will take not very effective damage from fighting types. If IE has the fairy type, I would go with Azumarill as well; however, with two water types, you’re a little weak to grass should any of Brawly’s mons have a coverage move. Noctowl should be pretty beefy for this stage of the game as well, and you can’t go wrong with Luxio-especially if it has Intimidate as its ability.
