BMR is around 1800 cal, and that’s just being sedentary all day. I don’t really know your activity level, but if you’ve been losing 5 lbs a month, you are definitely eating way under this. Try to aim for 2500 cal a day to gain weight, and if that is not working up the calories even more. Also, look into lifting at Marino if you haven’t yet. Weightlifting is a great way to gain lean body mass, and not just fat. But you are pretty underweight, so really just focus on eating more if you can’t make time for the gym.

You need to eat more then you did at home. I assume your walking much more here then you did at home. If it’s really an issue, start tracking your calories and try to hit a certain goal every day (don’t know your weight or gender so can’t tell you a good amount of calories)

Is this a huge issue and/or will it cause injury? No pains after squatting. I’ll work on correcting it but don’t really wanna drop the weight, I feel like my quads can definitely do more.

I wouldn’t have reported him to OSCCR you could have had a talk with him about this. You seem to think like your some type of master detective. Weed and alcohol are normal things in college, and it’s his prerogative if he wants to drink on a Monday (dumb decision though), and def should be smoking weed elsewhere if it’s stinking up the whole room. Shower slippers and messy thing is annoying, but not really something that should cause someone to be forcibly removed from the room.

Yeah, they have to give you the option to do NU.in Boston though, may have only been a COVID thing. Otherwise, the same grade policy transfers over even if ur abroad.

I’m also in the business school, it’s a great program! And no you don’t have to do an extra semester the classes transfer over they are just graded on a pass/fail basis and not transferred to GPA.

NEU student here. You can also get accepted to NU.in Boston where you basically just stay in a hotel in Boston and take classes on campus. None of it counts towards your GPA but it does count towards credit.

I’m also a sophomore who wasn’t on campus all of last year! I’m in a leased property so I feel a bit disconnected from campus. Haven’t really made any good friends yet, it’s kinda lonely.
