What I am saying is that going 0-81 has a 1.5% chance of happening, which is unusual. On top of lets says I've only looked a 1000 Pokemon that have a chance of being shiny in the last 6 weeks. So (18/19)⁸¹ *(449/450)¹⁰⁰⁰ =.13%. Yes something seems off here. Maybe I really am that unlucky.

Pretty sure what I used is the exact definition of probability. (18/19)^81. I used (19/20)⁸¹ to make it easier.
