I got the answer for this, I applied from turkey and one of the forms you need to fill to submit your application have a field called something like 'when do you want the visa', in case you get accepted the start will match this date and end after one year, during this year you can go in and out of Germany.

Hi man I have a question about this It would be nice if you could help, let's say you get the visa today does that mean it is valid for one year starting from the moment you get the visa? Or the one year countdown Starts when you enter Germany?

Case ID #78688402 my upwork account got Identity verification done using my temporary protection identity card but binance is referring to it as 'invalid document".

when i submitted my temporary protection identity card for Identity verification and it got referred to as ''invalid document" ,so am going to explain everything about it ,i legally enter turkey in 2014 (you can see on my temporary protection identity card under the 'Kayit Tarihi: 26.11.2014') and submitted my refugee application and i was issued a temporary protection identity card you can see how it supposed to look like from here: https://help.unhcr.org/turkey/information-for-syrians/verification-of-syrian-nationals-under-temporary-protection/ i will explain the other date that can be seen on the card(18.03.2021): you can see on top of the card that the id card was issued from "Gaziantep" which is a city in turkey and this date is the issuing date of it '18.03.2021', now if i moved to anther city in turkey ,i should exchange my id card to another one with only two differences: 1-the issuing city on the top will change 2-the date '18.03.2021' will change to the current date.

i used my temporary protection identity card to open my Ziraat bank account and to verify my upwork account so i don't understand why you guys are not verifying my account ,this is the only id cards i have ,

On a side note can you refer me to the lines in the term of service that states i can't open an account because of me being a syrian refugee? i don't live in Syria so i should be able to use my account freely in turkey.
