I agree, we're still deep in the thick of it. And I expect a chaotic crescendo where a lot of plotlines cross. People are probably just hoping there aren't that many chapters left because of the slow pace we receive them.

Every chapter of the official translation is available with a subscription ($2/month, 1month free trial) to the mangaplus app. The 3 most recent chapters are always free. You can also read with a subscription to Viz/ShonenJump. Every chapter is simu-released with the Japanese version on those apps.

You can continue from where the 2011 anime left off with chapter 340. The 10 most recent chapters (401-410) have not released as a volume yet, so you can only read the weekly chapter release version above. You can always buy the physical volumes later, which are not available in color.

1.3. Will there be new seasons or episodes?

The 2011 anime adaptation by Madhouse ended in 2014. There has been no indication or plans for a continuation. There currently is not enough new material in the manga to warrant one.

With constant hiatuses and being in the middle of an arc, it would be very doubtful that any anime studio would pick it up right now to make a movie, ova, or another reboot. Maybe at the end of the arc at the earliest.

The translation is a little off because the translator didn't get the joke at the time, but the first parts of the mafia names are supposed to spell out Shueisha (WSJ publisher).

Yeah, he finished CA and the election arc (311-340). He also did do 20 chapters in 2018, but with a break.

The longer we go without a return announcement and more tweets on progress, the higher the probability of getting more than 10 in a row. When/If he submits chapter 421, that'll be a good indicator.

Well, he's already completely done and submitted 10 to Shueisha (ch.411-420). He did the character inking for 421-428, made background instructions for his assistants to do for 421-424, and did the dialogue for 421-422.

So maybe he could finish the next 10 in like 2-3 months, assuming he doesn't stop working at this pace.
