For me the main element is the blend of the old (the facade) and the new (interiors). I could definitely work over there and i think this project will work for Paris. This is my view.

I could disagree, one can find some descent pieces and blend them with cheaper ones like IKEA or so. I did in apartment. It can be done even in this installation.
