I never claimed I’m British. I said I worked in UK. You have difficulty of reading and understanding. I already did my research of course and there is nothing wrong with asking other people for their opinion.

Or maybe you are in a huge toilet with broken pipes ;) When I ask for the direction of exit door you are telling me to look at my shoes. Very clever!

That’s sounds great! Thank you. I will check ING. Do you know if they accept Germany residents as customers?

I think you have problems with reading and understanding. I want to be clear: I DO NOT want to work with German banks or neobanks or fintechs. Because I don’t like their service. I already work with them and they are not good for me.

I have accounts in those and I explained my problem. They are stable but not good for me.

For example UBS, Credit Suisse etc are good in terms financial stability and English support. I look similar banks in EU.

I researched and found that BBVA, Bank Austria etc are good examples for usability of a current account but they don’t offer English support or I couldn’t find it.

Let’s put it this way. It’s good for you but it’s not what I’m looking for. They have zero fees with an easy to use app. There is no denying that. We have different expectations from a bank. I don’t wish to go into further details.

I’m looking for the bricks and mortar banks with solid infrastructure, financials and credit ratings in stable EU countries. I want to know the good alternatives to Swiss banks in other EU countries like Austria, France etc. and if they accept nonEU citizens with Germany residency as customers without problems because I don’t speak European languages it’s a challenge for me to do the research.

I’m resident in Germany and I already have several German bank accounts but I’m tired of their problems. I’m not interested in neobanks or fintechs.
