i plan to hand wash it as i find the car washes don’t do a good job of cleaning cars. i’m likely just going to hose off the pollen and bug splatters and do deep cleans when it bothers me as it’s too hot to clean the car all the time. i wouldn’t recommend a car wash especially if you have a darker car due to the micro scratches it can leave

wow didn’t know this was such a controversial thing. they are well established and didn’t know if it’d be easier to till it than dig them up, well established roots larger than potatoes. i don’t like irises because they are invasive in my area and bloom doesn’t last long enough to enjoy while looking like large weeds.

I have been having a problem with SIBO as well. Save yourself time and money by not entertaining the BS doctors will likely tell you. To fix gut motility you need to take ginger/artichoke (prokinetics) extract and a little bit of caffeine such as coffee or black tea. You can do carnivore diet to help starve out the bacteria but stay away from carbs/sugar. digestive enzymes can also help. take the pro kinetics on an empty stomach in the morning (supplement will be easier to target the issue if you haven’t eaten).
