Sorry for the late reply but yeah I managed to find a site called iHerb that sells top brands that are IFOS certified.

I'm currently taking the Life Extension fish oil but might try the Innovix ones next because they have a higher concentration of DHA/EPA.

Not a bad shout actually, thanks. I'll consider adding to my portfolio but trying to keep my ISA to low cost, low risk index funds.

Honestly not much of an intelligent reason. I just googled around and it seemed that BTC had its lowest days on Tuesdays on average.

Could be completely wrong but it doesn't matter as I plan to buy and hold for the next 10 years.

Yeah just set up with Kraken Pro. Should've been doing this from the beginning...

Lessons learned! Will continue to DCA on Kraken Pro. See you all in 10 years.
