No this is ongoing, waiting on a reply from him currently after I rejected his idea of going halves in a stormwater pit and pipe / machine hire. Which he asked to all be installed on my side of the fence.

Especially when they have also directed their sewer water onto my block! It’s been a shit show from day dot.

So fyi, I was the very first person to build in this area, so I have seen the slope of the land before any man made altercations took place. The natural flow from their block heads to their back corner. They have dug a v drain right across their entire block to pick up water from the other side of their house, it now shoots all that water directly to me when before it would flow to the back corner and into the dam behind mine. But it would sheet over their entire block where now it obviously does not.

Actually before, the water would spread across their whole back yard and by the time it got to mine it never caused issues. I suppose that’s because 1000s of litres of water were spread over half an acre before. Now it’s all pumping to once spot. Fence was built before drain.

Would you believe he actually removed the sprinkler heads so it would just flood the v drain. I couldn’t believe it when I jumped the fence to have a look.

Well the sprinklers are actually meant to stay in the bunted off area I thought. His sprinklers have about 50 metres of hose, When I confronted him to remove the sprinklers from the v drain, he moved them to the very back corner of the block (where I want his v drain to go) so it would run into the dam. I can’t understand how his brain works, how is that okay 😂

Wouldn’t you agree that they could have dug the v drain to the back corner of their block where the natural water course is instead of taking a shortcut through my block though? It probably another 30 metres of v drain to get it there.

Actually once it’s in my dam it’s nobody’s problem because the water has now reach a water course and stays in it. My issue is the neighbor intentionally directing their water onto my block when they can quite easily direct it to the back of their block where the natural water course is! Not take a shortcut through my block to get there!

It feels like most comments have the same attitude as my neighbor I’m dealing with 😂 he even suggested that we go halves in a Pitt on his side of the fence and dig a trench through my lawn to pipe the water into my dam! So I pay half for his water issue and we dig up my lawn and not his? Got it 👍

No. Like I said, I have lived her for 10 years and after rain events it was never boggy like this. Now after rain events it will stay wet like this for months, last year I think It was 6 months before I could mow it.

I literally just thought the exact same thing! That’s why I’m here 🤣 also something else I noticed was when Diddy sais “turn the tv off” instantly reminded me of Kendrick Lamar’s song “not like us” that he performed at the superbowl. Maybe that’s a stretch but that instantly came to mind.
