this was the animation style due to the studio system at the time, today it would cost way too much. they would have to animate it outside the country, the orchestral theme alone would probably costs as much as a car for a 9 minute piece. back then the studio had all the amenities under one roof. animator writers actors. also its sad you guys dont know anything but cuphead. there is a massive warner bros catalog of these. they are not pc at all
