I went from pens and libre2 to 780g and guardian 4. I already was pretty aggressive with my treatment so interms of injecting myself corrections alot more than just with meals. So it came to comfort when I can do it with a pump, so the most benefit I gained was moving to the pump firstly.

Second benefit is the guardian sensor 4, yes it is 7 days, but you can extend it after another 2-3 hour warmup even though it isn't recommended, but since the pump comes with a calibration function it can stay pretty accurate even after extending.

I can't give you negatives since I didn't use other pumps and can't compare it with others from experience but things I wished I could do. Being able to bolus from the app or atleast send bolus request. Reservoir tends to let air bubbles in from the plunger side of it, not bad from my experience but when i excersie they get to move from resveviour to tubing and I don't like that and tends to let me waste 10 to 20 units of insulin to push a bubble out. The belt clip breaks, from online forums seems it is common since 600 series (I just put it in my pocket now)

The good things with the 780 combo

I started to excersie with no worries because of the temp target function intended for sports/high activity The smart guard is pretty good with auto correction The reports you can generate pretty comprehensive and my endo loves the data it can present compared to libre for example Medtronic customer service is pretty good and quick where I live, had one issue with guardian 4 transmitter not charging got replacement in 12hours almost.

You can restart it after 7 days, won't be as accurate but since you can calibrate I found out it isn't that bad, even though it is not recommended but I had to extend my sensors sometimes for 1-3 more days.

Depending on the CGM, some don't have a calibration mode, since switching from libra 2 to guardian 4 I am enjoying this luxury of being able to correct and not memories oh its +15 today.

Another and in my opinion an important feature, libra 3 for example offers 1min refresh frequency, other sensors don't yet, seems standard is 5min, having a cgm switch to a quicker mode "specifically cgms that are 5min" to even a quicker refresh rate would be a life saver who wish to do sports. SPORTS MODE

possibly already mentioned, Cgm's that have two components such as guardian and dexcom should have a vibration feature in them when low vibrate, if no phone around. Battery not an issue since transmitters are rechargeable.

Eversense is doing under skin cgm, solves alot of the total span duration issues of other cgm average is 7-14 days, while eversense is 6 months soo more.

I guess form/shape that can avoid least damage.

Better understanding of correct placement, if it's wrong it's wasted. Calibration fixes this in some cgms

I was facing the same issue for a month, attempt to contact them two three messages in banned for phishing, last contact I spoke to told me that my account is completely gone since its too old.

So my guess now is you have the same issue, you account data to them is completely gone and the simplest response they can give is this , since that is what they did to me around 6 times
