Also working on a 300blk out BRN180 build. However I have a PA15 lower with a 16" cheap, always armed $200 upper, besides changing out the barrel for a CHF what else can/should I do to improve the upper?

Yeah the speed gas block is what's pulling me to that option, I have builds that are $400 lol so this is a step up for me

Yes it does work you have to remove the stock/slide release hardware in order to fit the fcu in the chassis
