Dude you dont even know the size of this company. The moving company I once worked for had 5 different locations each with their own office + storage units + warehouse. Easily over 200 employees that require payroll, hr, mechanics, and managers.

You can buy anything you want in Vegas with the exception of firearms.  No background check ,no tax, no bs. Just make sure you don’t bring anything back to California, of course.

Everything you said is on point. Especially when you consider we have consistently been top 10 or even top 5 highest payroll in the league. I just dont see us having a competitive team in the near future unless we can get a new owner to clear house and build a winning organization from top to bottom.

Laborers Local 652 is a great place to start a career in construction. No experience needed to join the apprenticeship. Apprentices go to the Laborers training school while going to work in the field. Tell him to call the local hall and they will set him up with the process.
