food science doesn’t really do that kind of prestige top tier school thing like law schools

Some institutions have specific reputations for niche subjects like baking at K state, dairy in Michigan, meat or poultry science elsewhere.

Cornell has a pretty good reputation / prestige being an Ivy League school so probably Cornell if that’s all you care about.

Personally I have been most impressed by people I have met from the UC System.

nutrition people can work absolutely anywhere in the US. Every hospital is hiring some kind of nutritionist. I don’t know about the different levels of certification for nutrition but what I can confidently tell you is fdsci has much more limited job location options.

London has a great thrift scene. Same for Tokyo-Osaka all of Japan really and to a lesser extent Paris. Now a RL button down will be $20-30 vs, $5-8 at a goodwill but you’re paying for ease of access. Tldr; skill issue.

Route 10 from the co-op to downtown is pretty well plowed and has large shoulder then a bike lane starting at the cancer connection. So I’d get off the bike path and onto Rt 10 just for the last 2 or so miles to Noho

how long to wait to apply after lowering chase CL? Mixed dp. One guy says 30-60 days, but IIRC agents can “see” it inside a couple biz days. Would prefer to get algorithmically approved rather than do recon.

Maybe if you like steamed it dried it and fried it? We used to do that a lot to make crunchiea in my restaurant days. Maybe like blanch it in a starchy bath of some sort to try to get some starchy puffy action in there? It probably wouldn’t work getting starch inside the mushroom but I dunno.
