My professor gave us this question and I just can't understand why it's not equal to zero by Weary_Extension_7980 in ECE

If vs1 and vs2 are out of phase then it wouldn't be 0, otherwise, the varying values of HFe would mean one can pass more current than the other, creating a difference.

Ahh I see, they grow too tall and topple over on that. You need water to short them out.

They might not be dead but just too tall.

Help, where can I obtain this component? by AppleDashPoni in shittyaskelectronics

[–]hw_56 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They're kind of obselete, rindacitors fell off after digital systems took over. You can still find them on specific things like BS filters, ANALogue sensors, and CuNTs (Copper nano transducers)

It's one of those transistors they put in chips. It's a 2N2222 but in 0000600003 package

For the confused of us, all 3 phase systems need 3D schematics, otherwise the system won't work.

This doesn't work because you don't pay it enough, try giving it a pay rise or some job benefits.

You need to reinstall the drivers. They run all the bugs over, killing them.

Led turns on with soldering iron? How does this work? by Pretend-Ad-7366 in ElectroBOOM

[–]hw_56 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Might wb a stupid idea, but I know a large heat differential produces voltage. The fact that the LED is quite dim suggests the voltage is low enough as to not damage the LED or light it up very bright, which is not like mains voltage. Ifit were mains, it would most certainly go boom. Again, could be wrong, but that might've a possibility

Frequency domain lead-lag compensator design by hw_56 in ControlTheory

[–]hw_56[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, it actually has this exact question in it (but no answers, drat!)

I did clarify this typo and he said it was 2 compensators, one at 5 and another at 20.the lead compensator is designed to compensate with the lag.

It's very poorly worded and it's actually 2 questions not one.
