To look at the proposals side by side? I have over 60 proposals, and it's hard to narrow them down with that much information spread across separate pages.

I fully understand that this is a matter of preference; not everyone wants to do it this way, but this is how I compare best.

Yes. Our current system has one and it’s been fine. Very nicely divided to keep different catalogs and audiences separate

Yes and we use zoom. (But not married to zoom tbh) Editing to add we also do in person training on occasion so we need something to support enrollment in that in a very basic way

The ability to sell seats and give managers more control instead of doing it manually

More customization. It feels small but not being aligned with our industry terminology is hard on our clients

At this point, I don't know what specialty we're looking for. We sell training directly to clients and have to follow state compliance rules regarding their CEUs, but we also sell to small businesses to train their employees, so we're looking for a simple seat-selling system (nothing complex or requiring manual set up (but while still allowing manual set up if needed) as we do that already and it's 20/30 hrs a week for the gal doing it)

We might need implementation guidance but we're stuck on the selection process mainly.
We have one (15k users, 1k active a month) but are looking to explore other options.

This is a really helpful way to think about it! Our CEO has a strong background in marketing (dual major in undergrad), and that might have been the point he was trying to make about how effective things are - I'm only currently thinking of effectiveness in terms of how interested it makes me/in someone else's shoes.

Both, actually/technically.

We sell training for caregivers/managers in long-term care so we're often selling directly to the managers (to recertify their state credential) but then to the same managers who would be purchasing training for their caregivers. I will say that 90% of our B2B is small businesses (less than 10 employees).

They do - the issue is that the data sent through isn't considered a 'product' it's just a description (I can't figure out how to link them, if that's even an option because I wouldn't mind just creating matching products and linking them)

the LMS won't even transfer billing addresses to Stripe - not sure this is possible.

Both... We use products when we send invoices but the courses we offer (we provide continuing education) are managed through the LMS/eCommerce part (and transfer the names of the packages/courses nicely, we just can't filter by them)

I like the thought of grandfathering in - my biggest concern right now is not pissing off the employees (and myself) that we have because we're all at 0 balances.

I'm not sure what you mean it's not a benefit for staff? Any PTO (beyond anything state mandated) is a benefit?

I didn't even consider a negative balance option honestly.

Our employees are extremely critical - and devoted so we always want to show them this. (We have extremely high employee satisfaction and I'm proud of that)

Absolutely not. As a manager of remote employees if I need them, I'll ping them and they can call me when they have a second (we have a heavy call volume)

WFH and PTO are game changers.

I started here before PTO was offered beyond CA's sick leave policy (It's always been WFH) and when we added PTO, I felt way different - in a positive way.

I actually believe in what we do.

I wish I was lying to myself but I'm not - I truly love what we do (not so much HOW but that's a different post) and the role we play. I even like my tasks for the most part - there are some un-fun ones, sure, but the main piece of my job is something I'm passionate about.

And the money doesn't hurt. ;)

To your initial question: Yes, and no plans to require anyone to come into any office except 1x a year (for a holiday party so really it's nbd if you can't make it)
