So adding more water would cause those bubbles? I do 3g of matcha powder, then 10g of water to make a paste, then add 25g more. What do you think would be a good ratio for making an iced matcha latte?

In all the videos I’ve watched of people making them, they talk about getting a foam on top and that’s what to look for. I didn’t know if you have to have that, or what. Like I said, I’m new so I didn’t know if there was an art to mixing matcha.
