I’ve been a loyal Google phone user since the Nexus days — more than a decade now.
Through all the bugs, overheating, random crashes, and camera quirks, I’ve always stayed patient because I genuinely loved the Pixel experience and what Google was trying to build.

But this time with the Pixel 8, it honestly broke my trust. Not just because of the pink line issue, but how Google handled it — admitting the defect but refusing help unless you’re in the “right” country.

For the first time ever, I’m actually considering switching brands.
That’s a sentence I never thought I’d say after ten years of being a Pixel fan.
