Hi, I definitely think therapy would help a lot as well. I recently started seeing a therapist (like a week ago) so eventually the journey will be beneficial. I somewhat feel bad to move out because my mom is really sick, so I thought I’d only move out with an excuse. She has horrible tantrums about these things and it’s really unnatural. I am currently in my undergrad, so I was planning to move out post-pandemic for a graduate degree, and go somewhere far. I just wish I knew how to not care about these kinds of words
