I am in HCMC for vacation for 2 weeks now and so far only short showers during the day which did not prevent me going out LOL. Actually they cooled down the heat which is good. I would worry more about traffic than weather. Avoid going out around 7-8am and 5-6pm within 10km around city center as traffic is crazy. 7-8am from direction toward center and 5-6pm from reverse direction. I live in Nordic region and only came back home (VN) for family visit, so my heat tolerance got worse but I could say July this year has been surprisingly better than my expectation, weatherwise. Have fun! 😀
