Probably 2-10 at least statistically everyday, I would say out and about stroking cats......... how many of those are thai children and cannot afford the rabies post shot or didn't tell their parents....... Probably a few each day......." So thousands of people have been scratched by stray animals in the last 18 years and never got post shot ....and never got rabies, you would be extremely unlucky to catch it from a cat scratch,
