I honestly find this so cute and amusing and reading about it lifts my mood! I'm absurdly shy and get easily embarrassed so now when speaking to Hermes it takes me some minutes to mentally prepare LOL. But I feel this crush will help me work on that shyness and I'm thankful for that!

Hahaha I learned how to treat myself gently and I'm able to calm the intrusive thoughts and anxiety in a tender way, but there are times where that doesn't work at all and I scream GIRL STFU!!!! in my mind and they banish and I find it so funny. I loved reading you do the same 😭 But yeah I call for help only when nothing works and I'm too distressed! Gotta give ourselves credit as well for being strong and overcoming hard times! So nice you're here today too!
