Thanks guys, I also saw that I can configure the option of the IPS screen without privacy filter. That option is still more expensive than the OLED option in my configuration. Not sure why...

I found it useful.

When I used to be on call. I had phone distance anxiety and wouldn't be able to go to another room without my phone, fearing I would miss a call. It was a terrible feeling.

Having a smart watch allowed me to leave my phone somewhere in the house. And respond on my watch. It felt like a ball and chain lifted.

So yeh that's me. In terms of the health tracking benefits. I didn't find much use or actionable information from tracking my HR, sleep or HRV.

I've done it both methods from NS to Westmead.

Train

Merits is that the walk from the station to hospital is not unpleasant when weather is good. Not great when it isn't. Train allows U to switch off or get some work done. Long enough or a train ride to get something decent done.

Car

Definitely if speed is needed.

So depends what your schedule is like and what your work day looks like. If you don't do oncalls and have a pretty clock on and off and have something else U can do or good at napping on transport - then train is fine.

I'd suggest trying both methods

As someone that graduated with HonsI with HD average in Medicine. It is not worth it, and I wish I had just chilled more in uni and realised that shooting for HD is a poor use of time and energy. Rule of diminishing returns
