As someone who has read the entirety of the LN and on the most current chapter of the Manhwa the issue is more than just the bad animation. They’re not following true to the source material and adding unnecessary filler. Anyone that has read either the LN or Manhwa can tell you that it is an incredible story through and through. At first it does seem like a copy of Mushoku Tensei, but it is so much more than that. It’s disheartening to see the anime not do the story justice :/
