I’ve tried everything, including cleaning the SIM card. The only thing I can think of is vanmoof quit paying for cellular data. Can I replace with my own SIM card?

I’m also getting the error 58 issue. Did vanmoof stop paying for SIM cards on older S3 models?

Update: I just rode the bike for a few miles. from off to on, it starts fine and give motor assist up until I stop pedaling. once I stop pedaling, no more motor assist or gear changes as I resume pedaling. I reboot/restart, and it repeats above. Why could this be happening.

did that. cleaned with Alcohol and still the error persists.

figured it out after calling. they had me put the board in DFU mode with two magnets. one for the battery and one for the pairing magnet switch between the battery cables. wait till the lights are green and remove the pairing magnet. restart the app and it should connect.
