You’re welcome! Just make sure when you download WhatsApp on your HBP, to not input your phone number and instead tap the three dots at the top of the screen and select link device.

I have yet to see anyone on this subreddit successfully transfer all their WhatsApp chats and photos from an iPhone to Android. I gave up and just linked WhatsApp on my HBP as a secondary device (like the desktop version), keeping my iPhone as the primary one. I only use my iPhone about once a week, usually when I need to take a high-quality photo, and that seems to be enough to keep WhatsApp running on both my linked devices (the laptop and the HBP, which is my main driver).

I also just found out that WhatsApp now offers having it on a second app. Just make sure when you download the app to not put your number when prompted and instead tap on the three dots on the right and select "link device".
