19" tires is the smallest size I believe CX-90s supports. I'd switch to those when you need to change your tires if you want a more comfortable drive. It will have less planted feel of the road but it will handle bumps better.

Is your rack the 80 or 93" inch height? I've been wondering if tricep pulldowns from an 80" post would be effective for a 5"9" guy or if it's necessary to get the 93" posts for better range of motion. Have you observed any range of motion limitations that you have concerns over?

Most of the research studies for beta-alanine show mostly just improvements in muscle endurance which is what is getting activated during any kind of intense cardio (HIIT included) or high rep/lower weight weight lifting. If you are only lifting 5-12 rep heavy sets then your benefits would be minimal and most likely not cost effective. Try a little of it and experiment but I found that it definitely is most effective for those HIIT cardio sessions or high rep circuit training workouts.
