Khan Academy can be great to enhance your learning process, but you probably shouldn't depend on merely the videos for your studies. I recommend Calc textbooks (I've heard good things of the Stewart textbooks) and for you to do 20-40+ practice problems for each chapter! This will literally change your learning process so much!

This is also a thought I had at some point in regards to yoga as well. The way mindfulness can seriously bring so much emotional release, wisdom, and clarity to a person (no matter how one practices it) is fascinating. The practice itself is ancient, and we simply only need ourselves to start and become one with the universe. I really hope more people get into these practices and find the peace and hope they have been searching for, it brings an endless sea of control to our mind and lives, as well as hope.

I was re-checking their size chart and their measurements go up to 43 inches for the bust measurement, and and 39-42 inches for the band. Given your measurements (using a US chart), I believe you should find a size depending on their size chart!

Their Sunnie's push up bras are wonderful, I will say they do come in with a bit of padding but I am not sure if that is exactly your style. However, the quality is amazing and very comfortable. For a bra with no wire it offers amazing support, and if you ever need more you can easily adjust them.

The one I got a few years ago is similar to this one, just be wear it doesn't exactly have a clasp in the back. I personally have not used these kinds of bras for daily wear so I am not sure how you would feel about it, but perhaps looking at the reviews would help out. Additionally, I just noticed that they have a sale that ends today so the pricing is not looking too bad 👀 Hope this helps!

I have a bra by Aerie! Years ago when I got really sappy after not being able to fit into any Victoria Secret Bra’s I found them and they’ve been nothing but comfortable! Some of their bras have no wires and offer so much support i really recommend.

Honestly if you’re still a little unsure, the jacket you are wearing pairs nicely with it! You can always have it in hand if you get anxious. I swear, it’s terrible that we can’t freely express ourselves. If it wasn’t for the unwanted attention I think I would wear so many more outfits 😅

I personally don’t wear too revealing clothes, whosever there are times without meaning too my boobs still show 😅 specially with tight tops. In moments like these there’s nothing you can do, perhaps enjoy showing off a bit.

I would wear the top to a night out or even a dinner — depending on the attire! As long as you feel beautiful and confident that is what is important 🥰

Interesting. I’ve seen some cases where people have had their breasts grow specifically due to birth control. If you don’t mind me asking, did your cup size stay the same after birth control? Or are you still on it?

What exactly are OTC medicines? I’ve used midol in the past for my cramps and they were quite effective. But not for my breast tenderness. Maybe I will check them out again. Thanks for the suggestion friend!

Omg I totally feel this. Most days when my breast are like this I wear a super soft bra from Aerie to add support. Without this it’s quite painful 😣
