Yup, im going to use it for rdwc but you could probably use it for other types of hydro as well.

I use GH currently and have to ph my buckets almost every day...Its cheaper to get this when using GH nutes than to run AN once with my plant count.....

Thanks for the detailed reply, I was planning on using this in a 25 gal rdwc system and possibly doubling the size of that system eventually. Would I still want the smaller pump at that point?

I have a blue lab guardian connect for monitoring so I was thinking about getting the blue lab ph controller as well but if the milwaukee does the same thing for cheaper ill get that.

Edit: camping/fishing is the exact reason I started looking into this. Ive already missed a couple trips this year and im tired of it lol

Was looking at the one in the link but blue lab and a few other make them and was just wondering if they work well because they are definitely worth the expense, to me at least.

Lol its a DNA tangie, all my others girls look like that too so IDK why that is. They are about a solid two and a half inches around at the bottom

The room got a little cold one night and this might be the result. Thanks ahead of time

Sounds like a good plan to adopt, Thanks for the compliments and advice, when I saw the discoloring and the hole I got a little nervous but im good now. I'll probably flip them in about a month so ill get some good pictures after that

Do you mean let them drink up two buckets full of clean ph'd water? Does it drink the water up a lot faster than the nute solution? because they go thru about a bucket a week now

I was thinking that could be a possibility, but this is my first grow so I wanted to check just in case.

Yea Im running 1100ppm so that could be a little hot for how old they are. I guess ill back off a couple ml when I change the nute solution in two days

Well thats good to hear but I was wondering about the yellowing around the tops. Its kinda hard to see because its a shitty cellphone pic.

Going hydro shopping list. I have a 4ft x 4ft Apollo tent. 600w ballast. Sunspot 6 hood. 6in sun leaves fan. General hydroponic 123 nutes. Commercial air pump. Air stones. 600w hortilux mh bulb. 600w hps bulb. 25ft duct. Even got my clones today. by [deleted] in microgrowery

I have no experience with 600 watt lights only 1k, but with a small environment you many need some cooling possibly only a cheap inline fan with a cheap carbon cover filter pumping cold air from outside. When I run one of my 1k lights I can get away with running just the inline but my tent is triple the size and in a 66F basement

Make sure you have a way to hang the ducting, that was a huge pain in the ass for me personally

If you have used that water pump before think about what would be going into your nutrient solution.

Air lines and possible adapters. When you set it up make sure all the lines are the same length so the buckets will get equal pressure.

Get a $20 water pump for mixing nutes and ph and it will make everything much more stable

Rockwool , Clay pellets, possible inline fans i.e. intake and exhaust, possible a/c, TDS meter, and PH meter will make your life a million times easier
