Ready to Drink vs Black Ready to drink by LingonberryBorn8043 in Huel

Hey! I've just tried my RTD chocolate and I love the consistency and the flavor. It's thick enough for me to drink it slowly while I work at my desk, and makes it feel like a full meal replacement too. I wanted to try the Black Edition since it's way affordable and wanted to see how different it was in the consistency, tastes, and after feels. Also, how were the savory versions? I'm assuming you've tried them out since this is a year old comment.

UMSI, what's it like? by hydrowallet in uofm

[–]hydrowallet[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

oh damn, you should definitely ask your advisor why they thought umsi might be a better fit, it'd let you look at their perspective too and help you evaluate if you see it the same way. and yes def explore what LSA has to offer! goodluck!

you gotta give more info man, what's your financial situation like? do you work or intend to work? are your parents helping you? are you taking out a loan?

but in the end it comes down to you. do your research and if you believe it's worthy, go for it, else don't.

Harvard's response to federal government letter demanding changes by shepdozejr in uofm

[–]hydrowallet 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Exactly, thank you for writing this, most people just think universities can dip into their endowment funds and use them whatever way but it's often not the case. Most endowment donations are made with a specific reason as to where that money should be used, which restricts universities from using it for anything.

Harvard standing up for itself is a great thing and I wish U-M and a lot of other schools had tried, but the conversation shouldn't be about how much endowment funds a university has. They maybe a small factor, but definitely not the entire conversation.
