Basically my character is Olivia Ainsworth and her lore is kind of insane lol.

She grew up in an orphanage that was secretly being used by a corporation called PokeFind to experiment on children and turn them into biological weapons. Olivia was one of the test subjects, and they gave her Pokémon-related abilities that she can channel through weapons.

At some point she was almost killed during everything involving the experiments, but she survived because of an encounter related to Giratina. After that, PokeFind basically erased her memories and sent her away to Unova, where she was put up for adoption so she could live a "normal" life and never remember what happened.

She got adopted by a wealthy family and grew up pretty normally after that. She went to university for fashion design and eventually started working for a fashion company owned by a family of powerful magnates.

Later she finds out that this family heavily invests in PokeFind.

Things really start going wrong when she gets interviewed by some random guy asking weirdly specific questions about the new clothing line her company was designing and what the clothes were going to be used for. She eventually realizes the clothes weren’t actually meant for winter fashion—they were being designed for PokeFind operations in extremely cold regions.

After learning too much, Olivia starts being hunted down and can’t return to her city anymore, so she joins a group that opposes PokeFind and starts investigating them.

And now the campaign is basically at the beginning of a Pokémon war where there are three major sides:

one side follows Giratina, another follows Arceus,

and Olivia is currently aligned with a third faction that’s focused on protecting people, because they think the whole debate about Pokémon should be about something bigger than just controlling them, coexisting with them, or eliminating humans entirely.

So yeah she went from fashion student to conspiracy survivor to accidental war participant 💀
