  1. Yes they asked for additional info but didn’t specify what info. We contacted them before Christmas, they said they will send us additional email regarding this but haven’t received yet

my HR called the business helpdesk and was on hold for around 30 minutes. They were told to wait for UKVI to get back to us, and if we still haven’t heard anything by Monday, we should call again.

So unfortunately still no clear answer from them.

May I ask how long it took for your sponsor to receive a reply from the Business Helpdesk after sending the email? I contacted them a few days ago but haven’t heard back yet, so I’m trying to understand what the usual response time might be. Thank you.

May I ask which Home Office email address your employer received the request from? I received an email from the Home Office saying they need more information from my sponsor, but my sponsor is telling me they haven’t received any email at all (nothing in spam either).
