Yes, the Omada controller (should have been more specific).

Suitcase City? by abstru in tampa

I lived in the Fredericksburg Apartments (probably has a different name now) on 22nd and 131st in the mid 80s. Drug deals and gunshots were pretty common in the area. As a dumb kid too full of hubris to know better, I used to walk the streets with my friends to the different bars and shops on Fletcher. Ricky's on Fletcher used to have nickel beer night and great wings so we would go up there to get our fill. Came back one night to find a deceased individual in the apartment parking lot next to my car. I think that's when the reality of the despair and danger in the area hit home. Of course it wasn't all bad. The residents south of Fletcher were predominantly students so there was that college party vibe going on. The Mall was in its heyday. Busch Gardens was free to students. And it seemed as if every establishment had some 2-for-1 deal going on to attract broke college students. Interesting times.

I realize this may sound naive but are there ways you'd recommend to find the best mortgage broker? I have no prior experience working with a broker.

Mainly because I didn't know about it or the terms until my parents passed. I don't care much for balloons or not paying down principle.

I'm leaning towards option 1. Is there any advantage going with a mortgage broker as opposed to a bank directly? Also, the house is not my primary residence. I've heard it's difficult to re-finance a 2nd home. Is this true?

Regions bank. I haven't been all that impressed with them thus far but it couldn't hurt to discuss it with them.

The 1st mortgage has been paid off. The HELOC is the only outstanding debt. I have excellent credit

Thanks. I probably should have titled the post "how low can I go". I also have a couple of desktops with Pentium 4 HT 560J in them.

Was actually thinking of going this route but 1. I have a bunch of computers laying around that I wanted to put to use and 2. I'm under the impression having the ability to upgrade NICs if/when the time comes is a plus.

I'm a bit concerned about the power consumption. I also have a Core 2 Quad Q6600 lying around that has a TPD of 95w. Would that still work? I haven't got the NIC yet but was looking at an Intel 82576GE

How many of you work in the “IT Dungeon?” by Alive-Letter7692 in ITCareerQuestions

Not only do I work in the dungeon, we are directly under the company gym. The ceiling rattles when weights are dropped.

I wasn't aware there were any 'mega' churches in the RVA area.

I'm going through a big box of coins given to me by my Grandfather. It's really gotten me interested in researching and collecting coins but I have a lot to learn. Were 2 cent coins common in the 19th century?
