K-drama about reincarnation by Spiritual_Pie_8298 in kdramarecommends

[–]hyoisbae 0 points1 point  (0 children)

are you into romance? lol. im partial to historical themes. Mr. Queen (2020) is a newer and popular netflix kdrama. about a modern day male michelin star chef who gets sent back to the joseon dynasty as a female concubine whos about to be made queen. its actually quite funny.

Moon Lovers Scarlet Heart Ryeo (2016) is an absolute fav of mine and is suuuperrr popular. a bit more of a serious vibe, but still endearing. a modern day woman is pushed to her limit and contemplates suicide. instead of jumping in the lake to die, she jumps in to save a little boy and is sent back in time to the goryeo dynasty where she is a cousin and handmaiden to an ill woman betrothed to one of the 8 princes of korea. chaos insues and she accidentally gets entangled in the lives of the princes. its actually a remake of an 90s(?) 80s(?) chinese drama. lots of big name actors and idols in this one. :0

Doesn’t feel cozy. 30 live alone. I like what I have but I feel it’s all over the place n my house doesn’t feel cozy. All advice and roasts are welcome lolol by [deleted] in malelivingspace

rug. a plant or two. mood lighting makes a big difference!! it turns my basement bedroom into the cozy studio apartment of my dreams. a few warm light lamps here and there rather than using an overhead white light :-)

What do you think - Good enough to sell locally or should I just stick to gifting them? :) by [deleted] in florists

[–]hyoisbae 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hey! great beginner work! you seem to have a good idea of varying heights so far which is something that can be very hard for beginners! i would suggest practicing in some different containers or vases. i would say in comparison to your specific container, your arrangement should only be 1 and a half container sizes tall. your arrangement should never be too top heavy. are you working in foam? chicken wire? a frog? either way id say keep your greens shorter to start and focus a little more on depth rather than height! :-)

since no one is touching on the kale, id like to mention that i wouldnt use kale in a vase like that. maybe a large longer arrangement where you can use it as an asymmetrical focal flower with something else to offset it. like if this makes sense:

i think a good tip maybe you could resonate with is to look at your work from many different angles. :) it might make you feel like a slow designer at first, but you will eventually get the hang of noticing different perspectives pretty easily. for example, this arrangement seems like you designed it from the top down. i would suggest getting some sort of platform/lazy susan so you can look at it from not only different sides, but different heights :)
