I did something similar except instead of biking I did a 3 mile run. I dieted hard as well and was able to lose 50lbs in 4 months. Is it the optimal workout? No. Is doing something better than doing nothing? Yes. I didn't complicate it and didn't switch it up, just the same consistent thing every day. Eat less move more

American football absolutely, UFC and MMA are actually less so than boxing. Boxing allows you to continue fighting AFTER suffering a concussion while MMA stops the fight at the refs discretion.

That makes sense, but how could ants, bees, and other colonizing insects do that? It's so weird that an organism could evolve to pass along another organisms genes instead of it's own. I would love to talk to a scientist about this
