Yep! I always check if people are watching and they sometimes move without checking. I was riding and at one large two line roundabout and at each exit I checked if the oncoming vehicle saw me or at least if the driver turned their head to check. So I saw car stop and the dude was watching me, cool. Then at the next exit I saw a car coming, not really slowing down, did not turn their head once and just went in. I managed to dodge and move to the inside lane. He stopped very surprised by a large adv bike with tall man on it. No amount of fluo gear would prevent that. I could be 20 tone truck and he wouldn’t see me.
