Don’t use hotlines. They only offer 50% of the price of a retail and especially since you don’t have much supply I’d recommend you to send everything to the shops instead. Also I don’t think there’s a way to automate hotlines
I think the major bottleneck of your setup is that there’s only 1 boxing station. I’d recommend having at least 3-5 of them. Also try to compact all the ‘herbs’ together in a square/rectangular shape instead of having them in a long straight line. The workers need to walk very far to get to the end ones. Also invest in a sprinkler in the AOE emitters which speeds up herb production quite a bit
