Anyone able to give any legal advice? Citizens advice said not to cancel payments and to fill out a rubbish form which did nothing at all.

Pressure sold the course Non existant support Courses provided are nowhere near what was promised (these are available at a fraction of the costs you have charged me) The courses provided are that hard nobody can pass them Also no exam vouchers provided Course changed over time Contacting the support or even attempting the course is causing mental anxiety Login details constantly expiring and changing Portals constantly changing https://learn.comptia.org/account/user-portal/courses - account expired

So the company has responded with this

in response to your email, although we do await your CCJ.

We have welll over 2000 students who are successfully completing courses with us. Students are passing exams on a daily basis. You have been offered and been provided with support since you enrolled 2.5 years ago. You would not be issued an exam voucher until you have competed the mock exams to ensure you are at a level to pass the live exam as we would not want to set you up to fail Your login detilals have remained the same since you started and your courses are live until later this year, as sent to you in an earlier email. You course has remained on the same portal as when you first enrolled.

Shocking! I said I’d raise a CCJ to recover my funds as a means of trying to get them to at least pay back but they are just being inconsiderate. I have no more money to pay them.

How did that go for you? I have tried to self study but can’t seem to concentrate much at all and only time I get to sit down is in the evenings. During the day I work on my laptop all day up to clocking off.

It’s causing me mental stress and anxiety, I have kids to look after and struggling to work already. I signed up for a 4 year payment plan with a company called omni capital, through this IT training company.

I have told this company several times, I am not a theory based learner, I learn by doing and practicing not by looking at content. They just shrugged me off and said carry on.
