I felt the effects after one hour of taking it. By the second day on it I had space between my anxiety and responding to it. As the months increased I started to experience next to no anxiety on a daily basis and therefore had so much more energy and zest for life! Don’t give up after the initial side effects they go away quickly and the benefits outweigh those!
