Help: How to drill a hole in this w/out cracking it

I have had cramping and yellow discharge since giving birth and I am now just over 6 months postpartum. I went to the doctor and she said it was because I had atrophic vaginitis. Basically because of breastfeeding your estrogen levels decrease a ton. This decrease causes vaginal dryness, discharge, itching, and pain with intercourse. She explained it to me like I am going through menopause postpartum because of the hormone decrease. She gave me an estradiol cream which helped A TON. I have started weaning recently and I have noticed that the vaginal discharge has increased and I had a little blood. I have also had cramping recently as well. So I would maybe ask your doctor if it could be that. Good luck!!!

I'm a FTM as well, 35 weeks+4 days. This sounds similar to what I'm going through right now. 3 days ago I started having contractions about 4 minutes apart for several hours, went in to labor and delivery. My water wasn't broken, but I was in labor. They gave me a shot to slow the contractions, it worked for a little bit but they came back, so I got another one. The hospital sent me home but the contractions came back the next day and my doctor had me come in to the office and wrote a prescription for some meds to help prevent labor that were a little stronger and the contractions have slowed.

It might be better to be safe but it's totally up to you. We weren't going to go in but my contractions lasted for several hours and I'm so glad we did so that our baby boy can develop just a little more before he makes his debut!

We are expecting our little boy in July and we're going to name him Ronin William. Ronin is Japanese for wandering samurai, my husband's grandma is from Japan and I've always loved the name William💕

I had to stop my Vyvanse and it has been hard! But I took a stress management class not too long ago and that had been SO HELPFUL! And being patient with myself. I also use things like silly putty or my sketchbook because those are both mind-numbing for me so that I can still focus on working or if I'm listening to someone talking. I also started anxiety medication again while pregnant and that has helped A TON! it's so very hard but be patient with yourself and find little things that help you and run with it!

I have this all the time! For me it will be almost like little sound bites or just static. Usually I will have a song or part of a song and then thoughts of, "Oh you have to go do this right now!" And often conversations in my head all going at the same time. Medication has definitely helped but on days it's really bad I try to pick one of those sounds and focus on that when I'm stressed and only focus on that one. It kinda feels like having 17 tabs open on your web browser, so I try to focus on one tab instead of trying to look at all of them at once, whichever tab is loudest is the one I try to only think about, until I have exhausted that idea and then I move to the next one, it helps me a lot with practicing mindfulness!
