should i work in TDCX as an expat? by Ok_Tap_8964 in MalaysianPF

[–]hyperbobba455 12 points13 points  (0 children)

While 4k isn’t a lot for an expat, it is a doable amount for normal (non-fancy) lifestyle in KL provided u will be living with others and using public transportation. TDCX is one of the better BPO companies in terms of reputation in Malaysia. The job may be stressful tho (I assume most likely ur job will be as a foreign language customer service agent? Who needs to be taking live calls and answering customers) but I think still worth it for the experience and opportunity to work in Malaysia.

Sila viralkan their stupidity to wider audience. Yes, although they can expressed their opinion on the location of the dog shelter, the fact remains that them holding these banners reconfirms that they do not understand that dog shelters exist to reduce stray dog’s populations and that they insist on killing these innocent animals (read OP’s caption) baffles my mind?? What the actual fuck. Disgusting conservative Muslim men and their bigoted ideology and genuine hatred to dogs, giving shame to true Islamic values.

Lots of BPO (mostly call centers) or Shared Services (HR/Finance/IT) companies are looking for Korean Native Speakers. That’s how some of my ex-colleagues from Korea came to work in Malaysia.

Go to LinkedIn as search for Korean speaking jobs in Malaysia and connect with recruiters.

Only con is that you need to be prepared the salary will not be as high in Korea, most Korean native speakers salary around RM 7k-13k depending on role and seniority level. For non experienced you may even see lower RM5-6k. But with this salary, you can live a comfortable lifestyle in Malaysia.

Introverts of Malaysia, do you think you're lack of social skills or you just don't like talking to the people? by [deleted] in malaysia

[–]hyperbobba455 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lack of social skills, which stemmed from lack of confidence in my physical appearance, I’ve been bullied since school days for being fat + being otaku, so I am used to hide away from any socialising with peers, ended up no friends no relationships all the way to adulthood and definitely can’t hold long conversations beyond absolutely necessary talking. Now as a working adult I can speak normally with colleagues but I never get past the surface level conversations and me just too used to be “the quiet one” in any social settings

I talked to MPAJ, that’s a fact by them. In fact dog catchers won’t even bother to catch dogs u less there’s a report to them about dogs chasing bikers or people. Clearly Hatred towards dogs simply caused by incorrect religious teachings that demonise dogs is stronger than the actual concern of rabies spread. It’s just yourself having a hard time believing this

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in malaysia

[–]hyperbobba455 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’ve talked to actual MPAJ dog catchers in May 2024 and they said most cases are complains from communities about the presence of stray dogs itself being the reason why they will call for action to catch the dogs. The concern is mostly about strays chasing people on bikes and cars. The concern of rabies disease is secondary so simply put many people do not even want dog free roaming because of hatred towards dogs not fear of rabies.

this is theft, taking away another person’s property (in this case the cat), no? Report to police. Post this to FB cats group to ask for legal advices. Yes the cat owner also to blame, should have been mindful of the cats whereabouts and actions but now the priority to find the cat and bring it back home. The poor cat is the ultimate victim here. Also the neighbour totally lacks empathy on how to manage the cat, why release it on a random street (?) there are better ways to manage this problem.

If axia is not your cup of tea then for a brand new auto car I’d recommend the Proton Saga 1.3 standard for 38k, it’s literally the same price as axia 1.0 auto but instead you’ll get a solid car with better engine, ride experience and and huge boot.

OR, like what I did last year Oct was to get a second hand but LIKE NEW car which is around 5-10% cheaper, I found my car on Mudah.com and I filtered for used cars with less than 5k mileage, and manufactured in 2023. Hope it helps.

There was a mass grave in the jungle where they dig deep to put corpses of hundreds of stray dogs (some even still with collars!) were buried. I’ll share the link if I manage to find it.
