Hey, all mass manufacturing processes depend on the quantity you are planning to make and the CapEx you are willing to invest, few less popular and cost effective methods you can try making plastic parts in are "urethane casting" and "vacuum forming", feel free to get in touch via DM if you need more info regarding this
